What's Permitted
Except for those cases under What's Not Permitted below, you can use TechObjects digital assets to create and derive your own exciting raster images (images in PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP or other raster formats) for a broad variety of uses, including:
Use in any digital media, such as websites, blog articles, social media posts, e-books, videos, wallpapers, slideshow presentations, posters, banner ads and others
Use for your own business, such as on business websites, name-cards, books, flyers/brochures and others.
Sell to commercial clients for use in their websites, blog articles, social media posts, e-books, videos, slideshow presentations, promotional graphics and others.
Use in print/hardcopy on physical merchandises such as mugs, towels, books, magazines and others.
Sell these physical merchandises that bear your created raster images.
No crediting or attribution is required at all, although we will be most thankful if you can also give our name and website a shoutout .
What's Not Permitted
All of the following:
Do not sell or resell any TechObjects digital asset in “as-purchased” un-altered original digital form.
No listing or resale of any TechObjects digital asset in any digital marketplace or stock image/ vector/ video/ resource website.
ot for NFTs - no listing, sale or resale of any TechObjects digital asset, in parts or in whole, as NFT or as NFT-related content.
(Applies to vector-based TechObjects digital assets only) No distribution as digital vectors - no distribution or selling of vector objects, that you have created using parts or whole of any TechObjects digital asset, in any vector format (SVG, AI, EPS or others).
For example, you can use our vector-based digital assets to create or derive your own raster images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP or others) and use, distribute or sell these raster images. However, you cannot use our vector-based digital assets to derive digital vectors for distribution and sale.

OFFICIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
This license covers the usage rights for any raster-based and/or vector-based TechObjects digital asset (“TechObjects digital asset”) that you have purchased, either directly from techobjects.io or from any other official means, including but not limited to its associated marketplaces, collectively known as "TechObjects Marketplaces".
By purchasing and using any TechObjects digital asset, you agree to strictly abide by the terms of this license.
1. Definitions
(a) Raster-based digital assets refer to assets that you have purchased in raster (non-vector) image formats, including but not limited to formats such as PNG, JPEG, GIF, PSD or WEBP.
(b) Vector-based digital assets refer to assets that you have purchased in vector image formats, including but not limited to formats such as SVG, EPS or AI.
2. License
Provided you have purchased such digital assets from TechObjects Marketplaces, TechObject grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, and use the assets for any personal and/or commercial purpose(s) EXCEPT for those rights and/or purposes specified in clause 3.
3. Prohibited Uses
(a) You are not permitted to re-sell, re-assign, sub-license, gift, lease, offer or distribute TechObjects digital assets in its un-altered original form.
(b) You are not permitted to re-sell, re-assign, sub-license, gift, lease, offer or distribute TechObjects digital assets in any digital marketplace, competing business or offering, or stock resource platform, including and not limited to platforms offering stock images, vectors, icons and videos.
(c) You are not permitted to create, re-sell, re-assign, sub-license, gift, lease, offer or distribute any TechObjects digital asset, in parts or in whole, as an Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or Non-Fungible Token-related content.
(d) All vector-based digital assets MAY NOT BE re-sold, re-assigned, sub-licensed, gifted, leased, offered or distributed, in parts or in whole, un-altered or derived, in any vector-based image form or format, including but not limited to SVG, EPS or AI.
(e) You are not permitted to use any TechObjects digital assets for any purpose of obscene, immoral, infringing, defamatory or any other nature that may bring any person, asset or property into disrepute or cause any legal action.
4. No Warranties/Liabilities
TECHOBJECTS DIGITAL ASSETS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TECHOBJECTS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REALISM, APPLICABILITY, PRACTICALITY, ACCURACY OR INTEGRITY OF THE DEPICTED ARTWORK, TITLE, DESCRIPTION OR ANY CONTENT INCLUDED WITHIN ITS DIGITAL ASSETS.
5. General
All headings and titles used in this agreement are inserted for reference only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this license.
